Sadepur village, the land of grapes in South Solapur, is just near to Bhima River that separates Maharashtra and Karnataka. In 1997, Mr. Varman Rauji Schedge, a local villager, donated three acres of land to Param Prasad Charitable Society. In 1998 itself we launched an unaided Marathi Medium High School at Patil Nagar, a village nearby, which was later shifted to Sadepur. In 1999, the Santhom Orphanage from Karad was shifted to Sadepur. In the orphanage we have 30 boys belonging to the age group 5 to 18. Most of these boys are from Latur, the earthquake affected area in 1993. We have also got a grapes farm here. In 2003 Deena Bandhu Samaj sisters came here to render their service.
