Lisieux Ashram, erected in 1936, is in the Archdiocese of Changanaserry. From 1958 to 1969 it functioned as the Minor Seminary of the Congregation. In 1977 the Lisieux Boys Town was started here. In 1987 the Boys Town was shifted to Anappara and once again Lisieux became the Minor Seminary. The chapel was reconstructed and consecrated in 1987 and an extension for the seminary was completed in 1988. Fr. Joseph Peediekal, one of the early members, lies buried here. In 2002, Lisieux Parish was erected. The seminary building was renovated again in the year 2007. A new church for the parish was consecrated on 11 May 2013.
